DISCIPLESHIP TRIPS
Each year SYO takes two or more Discipleship Trips designed to
help students grow deeper in their walk with the Lord. These trips prove to be
very valuable, taking students out of their comfort zone and their normal, busy
every day life to a quieter place where they can hear from God and grow in His
LIFE-giving Word. On SYO Discipleship Trips, students diligently study the Word
of God through in depth Bible studies, personal devotions, and Bible
memorization. Discipleship Trips are also great for the students to have healthy
relationship building time with our staff and with each other all centered a
round the Word of God. Trips like these cause students to grow tremendously in
their walks with the Lord.
SYO Discipleship Trips have included: Florida, Wyoming, Colorado, Alaska, Israel, and Float Trips to South Missouri
